Seeking: Office Administrator

We’re looking for an experienced office administrator to run the day-to-day behind the scenes operations as we expand our market share in Grand Isle County and grow in new communities.  The ideal candidate will be an incredibly organized and tech savvy individual with great communication and time management skills. You will wear several different hats on a daily basis such as,

  • Filing and General Office Organization
  • Manage Cloud Storage
  • Dotloop Mgmt
  • Office Supply Inventory Mgmt
  • Dash Mgmt
  • Bookkeeping (*Proficient in Quick Books)
  • Scheduling
  • Database Mgmt
