In 2020 Coldwell Banker Islands Realty made a social mission to give back to the communities we serve. For a business to thrive, it needs the support of their community. We are proud to be a part of Grand Isle County’s close knit sphere and are grateful for the continued support of our clients, professional partners and community members. To show our appreciation, Coldwell Banker Islands Realty is reinvesting in our community through real estate. We will donate a portion of our commission to a Grand Isle County organization through our annual Commissions for Community program. Each year we will choose a new organization to donate to. We look forward to giving back to our community for years to come.

2020 Donation Recipient: Grand Isle Supervisory Union
The donation was distributed throughout Grand Isle County schools and was used to pay off student lunch debt and provide fresh local produce for the school lunch program.
2021 Donation Recipients: Grand Isle County Food Shelf & The Islands Youth Soccer Program
The donation was given to the Grand Isle County Food Shelf to help provide relief for many food insecure members of our community. We also distributed the funds to help the Islands Youth Soccer Program. This program is open to all kids from kindergarten to 4th grade that live in Grand Isle County. This contribution will help the program acquire get much needed equipment and referees for games.
