Annie Gardiner has been working in the real estate field since 2018. Annie is the licensed REALTOR and Marketing Director for Coldwell Banker Islands Realty. Her interest in real estate sales sparked as she was marketing properties for Coldwell Banker Islands Realty. Annie Gardiner has been working in the real estate field since 2018. Annie is the licensed REALTOR and Marketing Director for Coldwell Banker Islands Realty. Her interest in real estate sales sparked as she was marketing properties for Coldwell Banker Islands Realty. A Vermont native, Annie loves everything about the Vermont lifestyle from camping, hiking, skiing, and enjoying Lake Champlain. Annie graduated from Maine College of Art with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in graphic design. After internships and a brief stay in New York City, Annie is excited to be back home in Vermont. Her skills in branding and visual storytelling have led to her interest in marketing. She is excited to use both her creative and analytical skills to create stories relating to real estate.
