We have had the pleasure of working with Franz Rosenberger and the CB Islands Realty agency for nearly 20 years. My wife and I searched for waterfront property in the Champlain Islands for over 5 years.  Nobody has a better knowledge of this space than Franz. We had very specific requirements on what we wanted and despite a long search, Franz was patient and always very responsive.  Once we identified the property we wanted, Franz made the deal happen as he had a long relationship with the seller. I am quite certain that if Franz would not have been our realtor, we would not have acquired this property. After signing, we had issues during the closing process that temporarily jeopardized the deal. Once again, Franz's relationship with all the parties involved (including the attorneys) is what bridged the issues and got the deal done. If you are serious about buying in the Champlain Islands, there is no doubt Franz is the best choice.
