Making Moves In 2020

Things are off to a busy start this year and we are excited to announce that we have outgrown our current office on Ferry Road and will be moving into the state of the art building currently under construction next to Wally’s Place, The Community Health Center, and The South Hero Library. Bauer Gravel Farnham and Hayward Design Build will have a presence in our new office as well and should make for great synergy and a wonderful addition to the new town center in South Hero. Keep an eye on our Facebook page for updates, dates, and photos of the new space.

In addition to our new office, Coldwell Banker is getting a new look and the timing couldn’t be better. You will start to see our new logo here and there and we will be fully re-branded when we move into the new digs at 38 Community Lane, South Hero.  We couldn't be more excited to have this refreshing new look and to be a part of an energized national brand that is truly driving innovation in our industry. Pairing proprietary tools like AI Apps, Lead Generation, the best Agent Training, a Turnkey Partnership with Amazon, and countless other resources, with our local knowledge creates the perfect combination to service any homeowner or prospective buyer that you refer to us.

The Northwestern Vermont Board of Realtors has released the December 2019 real estate market update for Chittenden, Franklin, and Grand Isle Counties. While buyer demand remains high low inventory is the story across each county making buyers prolong their search. In 2019 homes prices increased in most markets and there were fewer sales. Mortgage rates remain at an all time low improving the affordability for buyers and helps offset rising home prices. If you are interested in learning more about the market in your neighborhood please call our office to speak to a Realtor.
