Evan is an exceptional resource and he was an invaluable resource in helping us navigate the purchase of our new home. Evan’s knowledge of the area, local professionals and market trends was refreshing. He was able to navigate us through three unique offers and was able to handle each one as the situation demanded until we were able to reach an agreement on our, now, home. He was a constant throughout the process; working with our lender, lawyers, inspectors and appraiser when needed to facilitate or expedite when necessary. Joy Gess helped us sell a house in Shelburne, Vermont and she was fantastic. She was thorough, smart, and did everything with precision and alacrity. Joy is a true professional. We didn't have a single hitch through the process, and the house sold fast and at a good price. Tenants were living in the house as she started to show it, and Joy was excellent about coordinating with them; they found her as pleasant and dependable to work with as I did. She really knows her stuff and I will ask her to help me again on any future house sales.

Recently purchased home in Vermont while living in montreal. I explained to Franz exactly what I was looking for: 3 acres, 300 feet waterfront, new house and wanting to buy it for less than appraised value. Essentially impossible and was willing to wait for a few years. Anyways, Franz patiently  showed us a dozen homes and put in the paperwork for a bunch of offers and eventually, a seller dropped their price by 200k and sold. Awesome. Franz was great throughout and was very patient with our extremely picky and high expectations. Excellent agent.
