The Northwestern Vermont Board of Realtors has released the November 2019 real estate market update for Chittenden, Franklin, and Grand Isle Counties. We have felt quite the slow down in terms of new listings which is normal during this time of year. Compared to 2018 closed sales for single family homes increased 1.5% and pending sales increased 36.4% while inventory decreased 18.3%.
