Low inventory continues to be the top story for Northwestern Vermont with inventory decreasing by 26% compared to last year. However buyers are actively searching and buying. The median sales price has increased 3.7% and days on market have decreased by 18%. With strong demand from buyers now is the time to start thinking about listing your home. New Year, New Look, New Home

Things are off to a busy start this year and we are excited to announce that we have outgrown our current office on Ferry Road and will be moving into the state of the art building currently under construction next to Wally’s Place, The Community Health Center, and The South Hero Library. Bauer Gravel Farnham and Hayward Design Build will have a presence in our new office as well and should make for great synergy and a wonderful addition to the new town center in South Hero.

In addition to our new office, Coldwell Banker is getting a new look and the timing couldn’t be better. You will start to see our new logo here and there and we will be fully re-branded when we move into the new digs at 38 Community Lane, South Hero. We couldn't be more excited to have this refreshing new look and to be a part of an energized national brand that is truly driving innovation in our industry. Keep an eye on our Facebook page for updates, dates, and photos of the new space.
