FAQ’s:

1. How do the time slots work?
We have 3 parties scheduled per 15-minute time slot. Your photos with Santa will take place within the timeframe you select, so please arrive on time to ensure we stay on schedule.

2. Do I need to register in advance?
While registration is not required, we highly encourage signing up in advance to reserve your spot. This helps us manage the flow of the event and gives you priority over walk-ins.

3. Will walk-ins be allowed?
Yes, we will allow walk-ins, but priority will be given to those who have pre-registered. If slots are available after those with reservations, walk-ins will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. What happens if I miss my time slot?
If you miss your reserved time, no problem. Please note that priority will still be given to those who arrive on time for their scheduled slot.

5. How long will the photo session take?
Each session is brief to ensure everyone has a chance to meet Santa. You can expect the entire process to take about 5 minutes or less per party.

6. Can I bring my own camera?
We will have a photographer to take photos, but you're welcome to snap a few quick shots with your own camera or phone.

7. Will I receive my photos after the event?
Yes! After the event, we will email you the photos. Expect to receive your link within a week.

8. What if I need to cancel or reschedule my time slot?
If your plans change, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing hello@cbislandsrealty.com. We’ll do our best to reschedule you.

9. Can I bring pets for a photo with Santa?
Unfortunately, due to space and time constraints, we are unable to accommodate pets for photos at this event.

Madeline Spaulding is a fourth-generation Vermonter who grew up in Franklin County. For the past two years, she has managed her family's investment properties in Swanton, Vermont, while working on-site as the project manager for a newly built multi-family property. She grew up listening to her parent's stories about real estate and became interested in the industry at a young age. Madeline is working towards a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in project management. Madeline's experience in property management, education in business management, and customer service experience have set her up for success in pursuing a career in real estate. She hopes to share her knowledge of Franklin Country with prospective clients and looks forward to answering your questions.

Madeline lives in Swanton on Lake Champlain, enjoying the westerly sunset views. She has a fondness for admiring local waterfowl. In her free time, she enjoys going for long walks, listening to podcasts, appreciating Vermont's natural beauty, and, above all, spending time with her family. Madeline's local area knowledge will be invaluable to people thinking of buying or selling in Franklin County. Possessing a Bachelor's Degree in Public Communication from the University of Vermont, Alex followed in the footsteps of her Realtor parents and joined Coldwell Banker Islands Realty as a Marketing Associate and Realtor. Alex exhibits a great understanding of the Northwest Vermont region. She has lived in the Greater Burlington area for over seven years and focuses on the Chittenden County market. Her knowledge also extends to the Grand Isle County area, where she grew up on the shores of Lake Champlain. 

In her marketing associate role, Alex curates digital content for Coldwell Banker Islands Realty's social media platforms and website. Her innovative spirit continuously conjures fresh and imaginative strategies to showcase the local real estate scene. Notably, she's also a certified FAA Part 107 Drone Pilot, enabling her to capture aerial footage that captures the essence of the unique homes in our market.

Beyond her professional life, Alex cherishes her time outdoors. You can find her skiing in the Green Mountains or running and biking along Lake Champlain's shores during warmer months. She resides in Burlington, Vermont, alongside her partner, Rooney and their canine companion, Remi.

The Coldwell Banker 2021 conference, Gen Blue Experience, took place at Radio City Music Hall in early October. Joy Gess represented CBIR in New York City while the rest of the office enjoyed many impactful learning sessions, workshops, and inspirational speakers virtually from our office together at 38 Community Lane! Champlain Islands CROP Hunger Walk

The CBIR team took steps to help families who are struggling with hunger. This was the 8th Champlain Islands CROP Hunger Walk. All of the contributions went to help to provide more meals for the growing number of people in our community who need them, as well as greater food security in communities around the world. In total, $3,534 dollars were raised and it was a great event that we look forward to participating in again next October!
