Why Work With Us?

Nancy Willette was such a pleasure to work with as we searched for our dream lake side home. Nancy has excellent insight into all regions of Lake Champlain and after quickly gaining insight into the property features that were important to us, she was on point every day keeping a lookout for homes that fit our requirements. Nancy is so well connected, she was often alerting us to opportunities before they hit the market, putting us in position to compete in a very competitive market. She was patient, understanding, and diligent. She worked with us for more than three years to help us find our beautiful lake home. She is the best of the best!

My husband and I worked with Sam for almost an entire year looking for the perfect property. Sam was super patient, easy going, very quick to respond and make showing appointments. Sam also has a ton of knowledge about lake life which was very helpful for us newbies! We would absolutely recommend Sam to anyone!

We recently worked with Ingrid selling our family home in North Hero. Ingrid was professional responsive and knew the area, market and values. She guided us through the process easily and we could not be happier with the experience. We highly recommend her to anyone looking at real estate in the Champlain Islands.

Joy Gess was terrific. She helped us find our dream home on the lake, and although we had specific criteria Joy was always positive and patient. As out of state buyers, Joy was knowledgeable and helped us learn and understand VT real estate practices. Joy's business experience allowed her to provide smart strategy and advice for the competitive offer but she also understood our hot buttons and the emotion that goes into a new home search. Joy was always organized, on time and willing to go the extra mile. We trust Joy 100%, and highly recommend Joy Gess and Coldwell Banker Islands Realty.

Nancy was the best!! Such a pleasure to work with, her extensive knowledge of the local market was extremely helpful...Good advice for all of our questions for being first time sellers after 36 years. Fantastic realtor and would highly recommend her, she was a huge help…

I highly recommend Nancy Willette as a realtor. She did a careful job in finding a matching property for us. She is very professional, knows the market, and pays careful attention to every details.

Carla was incredible to work with. Insightful, responsive, and advocated for us. We got well above what we dreamed of! 10/10 would work with again, no question.

Nancy Willette was great to work with, she is on her game and very knowledgeable with the market. Would highly recommend her for anyone selling or buying. Thank you Nancy for the great experience and a pleasure to work with!!

Evan and his team at Coldwell Banker Island Realty truly go above and beyond for their clients.  Our dream home came on the market and to make it all work, we needed to sell our previous home in under 30 days during the off season. The team made us a top priority and worked tremendously hard for us to achieve our deadline. We know, none of this would have been possible with any other team. We are so thankful to have had the opportunity to work with Evan and we will continue to refer to his team any chance we have.

Working with Franz at Coldwell Banker Islands Realty was a wonderful experience. He was so calm and helpful throughout the entire process when we sold our dream house in North Hero. My husband and I built it so letting it go was so hard. He truly made us feel that everything was going to work out and it did.

Franz is truly the best and we would recommend him over and over again to sell our home.
