Possessing a Bachelor's Degree in Public Communication from the University of Vermont, Alex followed in the footsteps of her Realtor parents and joined Coldwell Banker Islands Realty as a Marketing Associate and Realtor. Alex exhibits a great understanding of the Northwest Vermont region. She has lived in the Greater Burlington area for over seven years and focuses on the Chittenden County market. Her knowledge also extends to the Grand Isle County area, where she grew up on the shores of Lake Champlain. 

In her marketing associate role, Alex curates digital content for Coldwell Banker Islands Realty's social media platforms and website. Her innovative spirit continuously conjures fresh and imaginative strategies to showcase the local real estate scene. Notably, she's also a certified FAA Part 107 Drone Pilot, enabling her to capture aerial footage that captures the essence of the unique homes in our market.

Beyond her professional life, Alex cherishes her time outdoors. You can find her skiing in the Green Mountains or running and biking along Lake Champlain's shores during warmer months. She resides in Burlington, Vermont, alongside her partner, Rooney and their canine companion, Remi.

Marie Everett is a bilingual Vermont real estate agent who serves Grand Isle, Chittenden, Franklin and Lamoille counties in the Northwestern part of the state. She works particularly with first-time home buyers, as well as people looking to sell their primary residences and vacation homes. Marie is a seasoned professional with experience in hospitality, real estate and industrial sales. Her negotiation, technical aptitude, and people skills will allow her to assist you in finding the perfect home.

Growing up in Sutton, Quebec, Marie always felt Vermont was like a second home after spending many winters on the mountains at Jay Peak and enjoying visits to Grand Isle and Lake Champlain. After graduating from Bishop's University in Canada with a BA in Marketing and Management, she held a successful career in technical sales for Norton Abrasives, Saint-Gobain.

After several professional and personal relocations, Marie landed in North Dakota, pursuing a career in residential real estate in a growing market led by a booming construction industry. She started her career with NextHome Fredricksen in Williston and quickly became a successful independent residential agent with over 40+ homes sold in her first 18 months of real estate and $6 million in sales her first year as a Realtor®.

Marie decided to move back to the east coast following a planned trip of a lifetime, solo backpacking through various countries in Southeast Asia. Marie decided to relocate to Vermont to be closer to family and enjoy the adventurous lifestyle Vermont has to offer.

Marie became a licensed Real Estate Agent in Vermont in December 2021. Authenticity, honesty, expertise and professionalism are the cornerstone of her business. She builds close relationships with local lenders, attorneys, inspectors and appraisers to help facilitate the real estate process. Her goal is to be available and communicate closely with her clients to ensure a smooth transaction, while having their best interest in mind, always! Vermont is a tough market, but so much fun to be a part of once you find the perfect home!

Jackson has been extremely blessed to call the Champlain Islands his home for the past 14 years. At the age of five, he moved to Grand Isle, Vermont with his mother, father, twin brother and the transition could not have gone smoother. This town quickly grew in importance and continues to hold sentimental meaning to him. He spent K-8th grade in the Grand Isle school system, making good friends and finding a love for sports. He kept busy year-round with soccer in the fall, basketball and snowboarding in the winter, and baseball in the spring. He graduated from Colchester High School, where he formed lifelong friendships and played varsity basketball for three years. In the summers, his most important memories would have to be of the time spent on the Champlain Islands. Golfing, camping, hiking, and boating are just a few ways he likes to spend the sunny days on the Islands.

Jackson is very goal driven, hardworking, and dedicated. He is very motivated and eager to learn new things and take on challenges. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, as well as the Vermont Association of Realtors. He looks forward to helping guide folks through the biggest decision of their life, and getting to know more about them through the process.
